Cambodia,Phnom Penh.Poor family living in the White building which was built in the 70’s for housing civil servants working for the government.Now it is a very poor area where over 2000 inhabitants live,it is a microcosm where cheap prostitutes, artists, drug dealers, families and students coexist.
